1. Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form at veyron-digital.pl is Veyron Digital (hereinafter: the “Controller”). Contact for data protection matters: kontakt@veyron-digital.pl.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
The data given in the contact form (full name, email address, optionally telephone number and company name, and the content of the message) is processed solely in order to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote for our services, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
3. Retention period
Data is stored for the period necessary to conduct the correspondence and any follow-up (such as preparing an offer), and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period follows from applicable law.
4. Data recipients
Data may be passed to providers of hosting and email services acting for the Controller, solely to the extent necessary for the contact form to function correctly.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 6. Providing data is voluntary
Providing the data in the form is voluntary, but it is necessary in order for us to reply to your enquiry.
